"To me, first impressions are everything. I just moved to Winter Haven and needed to rent a storage unit. I inquired at several local facilities but none of them offered the deal and simplicity of Century Storage. I went in and was greeted by Pam, she was professional, friendly and funny. She made me feel comfortable right away and explained everything and answered all my questions. Even offered coffee which was very nice. Moving is stressful and having to store things adds to that stress but this facility is great. Easy access through security gates. And the access to the lockers are just as easy. They have 3 tier carts for getting your items from vehicle to your unit that provides less trips back and forth. Go see Pam, she will take good care of you. Oh and the whole place is very clean as well. From the office, grounds and inside the units..."

"I always felt welcomed at the century storage in winter haven.. Pam and Natasha are awesome. Great customer skills and hard workers. I enjoyed being at the century storage in Winter Haven. I have used many storage units in the past and this is by far the cleanest, and bugs free units I ever had. I just cleaned my storage unit and didn't see one roach and that is unheard of. Whatever you are doing keep on doing it because it's working. Now I cam only hope and pray that my other storage unit is bug free like this one."

I was unable to get a storage unit there due to size, she rode me on the golf cart to a few units for me to actually get a visual depending on all the things I need to put in storage, she took her time and didn’t make me feel like she was rushing. "My initial call was to inquire about availability and rates; all my questions were fully answered by Lisa in the office. A few days later, I called again to verify price hours and to let them know I’d be there within an hour. Again, Lisa was very helpful. I arrived. Lisa suggested I view the unit I wanted to rent so we did. She made the process so simple and reviewed the lease agreement thoroughly with me. I could tell she was busy by the phone calls coming in and other customers arriving. But she balanced attention to all of us very well & professionally. I’m very happy with my experience and glad I chose to rent a storage unit from this location."

I needed to store my stuff somewhere untill the new fall semester in August. Ms. Lisa went out of her way to accommodate us and set us up right away. In practically less then 45 minutes we were ready to move in. She was very service minded, looking for solutions for our specific needs & amicable. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of professional storage solutions. It's a big facility with multiple storage options and sizes with climate controlled options. Look no further, this is the place to be!"
