"Century Storage 9200 Hwy 27 S in Sebring, Fl is an excellent facility in appearance and convenience. Above and beyond that, after storing my HomeGoods for almost 2 years while our house was being built, I experienced wonderful customer service! Both Paul and Kimberly were outstanding in there job performance! On 3-4 different occasions they needed to contact me because of an expired credit card or a change in credit cards when mine was compromised. I was always addressed politely and patiently. Upon my need to try & sell pieces of furniture that I no longer needed they individually both worked with me effortlessly to keep changing my move out date. At one point Paul came up to my car after it turned dark as I was waiting for somebody to show up to buy a piece. He was just checking on me and wanted to know if I felt safe with the individual coming to pick up. Kimberly & Paul both have pleasant personalities and they both are doing an awesome job. I hope they are both commended for jobs well done!"

"Best Storage ever! From the first phone call to arrival and contracting storage, the entire staff made me feel like they were here to help me. They originally didn't have the space that I wanted and I was going to settle for a smaller one. By the time I got there, the one that I had requested had opened up. And they remembered that I had wanted it. While moving in, Paul stopped by several times to insure that the move was going smoothly. While he was patrolling I saw him stop at a small litter spot and clean it up immediately. This place is spotless! It shows how much everyone there cares. I would recommend this place to my closest friends."
