"I’ve been a customer for 2 years & have moved in & out of different units as my business has grown & I needed more space & as I needed space for my personal items. The staff has been very helpful & proactive with helping me get my needs accomplished. I had a situation in an end unit where water got into my unit after a tropical storm. Nothing was ruined thankfully. The staff was very helpful by letting me know they were in the process of building a new building & said I could move into a new unit when it was finished. They called me as soon as it was ready & told me to come check it out. I’m now moving into the new building & feel much better. I thank them for their customer service in handling this matter & being able to accommodate me everytime I’ve needed a new unit since I’ve been here. The prices are good here & they typically have good deals for new customers. I’d recommend using this storage facility."

"I have never had any issues with any units here other than the prices seem to have gone up a few times in the last few years. I've been at the Christina location in south Lakeland for around 10 years. I've rented at least one 10x10 sometimes 2 or more. I've had a 10x20 for years now and it seems it took a while for one to come available. If I remember I asked and they let me know when one came available. I've never had any issues to any of the storage units that I've had here. Never had any water leaks or flooding that was outside or inside the units, even during hurricane Irma. Seems like there is usually a different person in office whenever I went it to add or subtract units. Which has been maybe 4 or 5 times. I used to have 24 hour access when I first moved in and when I was storing business stuff and I believe you can still call them and get 24 hour access if needed."
