First time I went there it was just to get a quote and she hop in her golf car to show me around the property and a few of the units so I could have better understanding of the sizes. She answer all of my questions and provided me with all information needed with the most professional and kind attitude. I actually decided to go with Century Storage because of her service and because I loved what I saw that day. The place was super clean and the service was top tier. I rented my unit online and planned to get my keys the day of my moving. Well, turns out that day was raining alot which kind of delayed my arrival time to the storage, but she went above and beyond for me to be able to get my things in that day, she was there to provide me with the keys to the unit, explain lock process and provided me with tips. I couldn't be happier with the place and specially with her."

"I had a great experience today inquiring about leasing a storage unit. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and Robin gave me the prices and then took me out on the golf cart to see both the climate controlled & non climate control storage units. The facility is well lit, very clean throughout the lot, high security and with friendly staff. Both Robin and the manager, Tracy, were very courteous and hospitable. Refreshments were offered (totally was not expecting that). I heard they have competitive prices in boxes if needed. I see they have secured coded access gates and even app access for convenience to get in & out of gates. Just walking into the main office and seeing 40 different camera angles of what’s going on at the facility was assuring enough that my belongings will be very secure. This place looks very well managed. I left there with storage keys in hand."

"I’ve had nothing but good experience at the Riverview location. Exceptional staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The site is very clean and the amenities (wash station, dump station, etc.) are always clean and in good repair. Traci, Bonnie, and Dave always go the extra mile. I’m treated like a valued customer and I appreciate that. I sometimes go there at night and have always felt safe. I particularly like that there are several storage choices available. I highly recommend this facility. It is not the closest to my house but it is the best For my needs so it’s worth a little extra drive."
